Custom House Watercolor Painting

A great gift or way to celebrate the places we love. Purchase the size of painting you would like and in the "order special instructions" box at checkout or in a follow-up email include the following:

• The address of the house you would like painted
• What wording you would like at the bottom
  • Address, last name, quote, established year, etc.
  • Or if you don't want any writing at the bottom, write "no writing"
• Any other relevant details!
  • All of the flowers are pink in the summer, the furthest left tree is no longer there, the shutters were painted black, etc!

After your purchase, I will make a digital sketch of the house and email it to you for confirmation, after you confirm the digital sketch, I will get painting! Once the digital sketch and details are confirmed, all sales are final. Please allow 7-10 days for your painting to be completed and shipped from the time of purchase.

If you would like to purchase a frame different than what is listed, send an email before purchasing and we can select a frame to coordinate with the specific home and painting size.
