Put the address of the home in the notes at checkout, or send me an email with the address and checkout. Also, let me know if you would like personalization. ex: "The Smiths est. 2026"
I will confirm with you that I can use Google Street View to paint the photo and will send you a screenshot of the Google Street View image so you can confirm it is the correct house and the details look current. If there is no Google Street View (rare) or if it is outdated, you will need to provide reference photos so that I can accurately capture the home. If you would like the landscaping updated, let me know because sometimes the photos are captured in the winter and all of the landscaping is dead.
